#UnwindTogether for Spring Break with Wine + Chips

UnwindTogether for Spring Break with Woodbridge Wines and Miss Vickie’s Chips

It’s finally spring break time in our household. We’re delighted to celebrate some family downtime at home and away with some long-anticipated spring skiing in British Columbia’s Okanagan.

This year’s school break is being made even more relaxing as we participate in the #UnwindTogether campaign, courtesy of Woodbridge Wine and Miss Vickie’s chips.

We (the parents, not the kids) are enjoying a different pairing of tasty Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Wines with select flavors of Miss Vickie’s potato chips, Canada’s fave brand of kettle-cooked chips, every few days. The Pinot Grigio and Sea Salt & Malt Vinegar were the perfect pairing when we sat down to laugh over the quirky Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, my newest TV show crush on Netflix.

We’re in good company. Apparently, 50% of Canadians enjoy potato chips while watching TV, and over 60% pair a glass of wine with a snack like chips at least once or twice a month.

The kids are loving the Miss Vickie’s chips as well, and I’ve even had to buy extra bags as we’ve run out before the wine has finished! The Balsamic Vinegar & Sweet Onion has been my favorite by far, while the Sea Salt & Malt is tops with the guys.

You can get in on this tasty wine & chip pairing action!

In March, public and select private liquor stores in British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba are providing a free bag of Miss Vickie’s potato chips with a Woodbridge wine purchase, along with a $2 off coupon for lucky Albertans. The gift with purchase promotion continues into April for those lucky British Columbians, including the $2 off coupon bonus.
